Bu çilingiri 16:55'te aradım, kapı anahtarımın kopyasını yapıp yapamayacağımı sordum ve 17:00'de kapanacak olmalarına rağmen evet dedi! sorry for this late review. this place was recommended to me. went here, told them the type of lock I have and to save me $, the owner said, its best for me to take the lock off my door and bring it in then for him to come out and charge me for a house call fee. I brought the lock out to him, looked at it, told me he had to take it apart to know exactly. the lock he re-keyed comes in 2 types. type 1 can be re-keyed on the spot, although a special type of key. type 2 can be re-keyed, but manufacturer would need to send out a specific piece or part, which means addt'l wait time. thankfully, it turned out to be type 1. thank you very much.

My dad has been using this place for years and I, myself, just had my first experience with JAM Allsafe & Secure. Based on the great level of service and friendly interaction I encountered, I would highly recommend them. Jerry at JAM Allsafe & Secure really knows what he's doing. After telling him what you're looking for, he will lay out all the options for you and even give you suggestions on how to save some money. I appreciate that he doesn't try to push you into services you aren't looking for. After telling him that I was going to take out and reinstall a lock myself, he gave me advice on the installation process for that particular lock (Mul-T-Lock MT5 mortise), which proved extremely helpful. If you're looking for a locksmith, look no further-- Jerry has what you need! Service is friendly and quick. If you're planning to visit, just make sure to call ahead in case they are out on an emergency call. (And try to get there in the morning if you don't want to wait!)
